Exhibitor Info---PLEASE READ CAREFULLY-----------
- Set up Friday, July 19th between 4:00 and 7:00 pm or Saturday, July 20th between 7:00 and 8:30 am. ALL Vendors MUST be set up and vehicles moved to designated parking areas by 8:30 am. If you are not checked in by then, you will forfeit your booth fee and booth spot. We are doing this for the safety of all participants.
- Please do not dismantle your booth until 3:00pm.
- Upon arrival, exhibitors must check in with event coordinator: Janice Courdin
- Booth spaces (10’x10’) will all be marked & labeled for your convenience and the assignments will be based on when we get your forms: First come, First Served.
- You will need to provide your own tables, chairs, and EXTENSION CORDS.
- Electrical outlets are limited. Fees for electricity are as follows; $5 for inside and $10 for outside. If you are setting up outside you need to have at least 100 feet of cord.
- Booth reservations are not final until payment is received and check has cleared your bank.
- DIRECT SALES VENDORS: One direct sale vendor per product, the first vendor to submit form with payment will get the spot.
- The Purdy Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, as well as risk for accidents
- NO REFUNDS
- Vendors shall be responsible for getting all appropriate permits to sell food (contact Barry County Health Department; Phone # (417-847-2114) as well as collecting and paying taxes.
- Vehicles must be removed from front parking as soon as unloaded. You may park in the lot on the south side of the school.
- Booth can be for crafts, food, or informational purposes. This is school property, please, nothing inappropriate. NO Weapons!!
- You must list all items you are planning to sell and CANNOT bring other items as this is not fair to other vendors!! Please, no shared booths.
